Nancy Silverton's Chopped Salad

Years ago, a friend was graduating in NYC and a bunch of us went to celebrate her.We stayed in an Air Bnb in Brooklyn. I made this. We were watching the Warriors play and we smoked a joint and everyone got really high and no one talked while we watched the Warriors and ate this salad.

It's delish, easy, a crowd-pleaser, and reminiscent of a hoagie. Keep the meat on the side for your vegetarian peeps.
